Btw, according to YH, "no experience~ first time doing" If you think you got no experience, then "ASK". And, this is not about experience, about your thinking. We did that without experience. We knew how to protect our items. This is not about experience. Is about whether you can act accordingly to different circumstances. If you can't, you are not a leader. You are, the most, a follower. If you can't put the group benefits at the first place, why are you on top of the group? Kidding me?

Heart. very important. way more to learn man~ try to love this group. This will make you know how to protect the group. If there is a chance to change the past, I would not vote 2 of them. Btw, i didn't vote the another one because I knew she sucks. She never showed me how well she like the group. Always miss practice. And I ask her, why you didn't attend our practice before? then she said, "If I don't get this post, I will disappear". If the reason you wanna be in the team is because of the post.. ermm... judge yourself people~ If you really like it, you will be there no matter who you are.
